03. From my today’s visit to the Department, I feel that and I am given to understand that the respective assessing officers are either reluctant or not inclined to take immediate action against the tax dodgers.

04. In view of the above, you are requested to take stern action in the matter as deemed fit, failing whichI will have no other alternative but to write to Ministry Of Finance.

05. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this letter and oblige me by giving a line of reply.
