(b) Xerox copy of my complaint letter dated 25/5/98 addressed to President . The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.
(c) Xerox copy of the reply given by Shri Hemant Kashiparekh to the Institute of Chartered Accountants , New Delhi which was received by the undersigned under no 26-ca(42/w/98) dated 2nd November 1998 addressed to undersigned by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.
(d) Xerox copy of letter dated 5th May 1999 written by the undersigned to the Institute oif Chartered Accountants of New Delhi.

02, Your honour will kindly notice among other things, that the learned chartered accountant Mr.
Hemant Kashiparekh has been evading to submit written reply to the intelligent query raised by
learned ADI of your department. Your honour will also notice that the evasion of tax to the extent
of couple of crores of Rupees is involved. I earnestly request your Honour to kindly take prompt
necessary action in the matter in the interest of revenue.
